• All quotes are estimates based on provided information

• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us in advance

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for service completion.

5. Liability

BuddyShine will take reasonable care while performing services. However:

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

• We are not liable for damage resulting from faulty materials, improper installation, or structural issues

6. SMS & Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive communications from BuddyShine, including:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

• Appointment confirmations

• Service updates
